Lord's Supper setup for August 12, 2018

There were 3 tables setup:

1 table in the balcony. A narrow table with black stretch table cover. 6 juice trays (6 trays x 40 cups/tray = 240 cups) on a base. 4 bread trays. Notice new bread tray cover. No more zip lock bags on tables.



2 normal width tables on the floor in front of the stage steps.
18 juice trays (18 trays x 40 cups/tray = 720 cups). 3 stacks of 6, each on a base.
8 bread trays.

These were the initial reserve juice trays in the work room.
10 juice trays = 400 juice cups
Bread reserves in zip lock bags in pink/black/white bag.


Total juice cups available = 240 balcony + 720 stage left + 720 stage right + 400 reserves = 2,080
